Our solution enables all of the '111' providers to co-exist and integrate within a secure, managed environment enabling all members of the consortia to access the same hosted applications, the same telephony systems, a consistent, standard infrastructure and 24x7x365 support.

  Our own sister company are the country’s largest independent provider of out of hours healthcare services, from GP services to specialist medical services such as referral management centres and offender healthcare within the prison sector.

   
  NHS South Central is one of ten Strategic Health Authorities across England and com​​prises of 24 NHS organisations including; 11 major hospitals, a specialist orthopaedic hospital and the local ambulance service. NHS South Central provide healthcare to approximately 4 million people across the region.
For the past 4 years, we have provided full off-site Managed Services, along with on-site break-fix and Local IT (LIT) support. As part of the Trust’s programme of technology enhancement, we have also implemented Microsoft OCS providing a suite of communication tools including ‘Presence’, instant messaging, voice, audio, video, and web conferencing and for document collaboration and sharing: Microsoft Sharepoint.

   
  At Salisbury District Hospital, Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of clinical care, including general acute and emergency services, to approximately 200,000 people across Wiltshire, Dorset and Hampshire. Specialist services extend to a much wider population of more than 3 million people. The Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre at Salisbury District Hospital covers most of southern England with a population of approximately 11 million people.
Having been a Managed Services Provider for 10 years, we have helped Salisbury with wide ranging solutions from remote monitoring and server support through to on-site break-fix. Following a successful implementation of their core infrastructure including HP Servers and virtual EVA SAN arrays across 2 locations, we are currently supporting the systems as they migrate to virtualised environments.

Providing the largest specialist heart and lung centre in the UK and among the largest in Europe, the trust operates from 2 sites, Royal Brompton Hospital in Chelsea, West London and Harefield Hospital near Uxbridge and serves more than 90,000 outpatients and 26,000 inpatients each year.
Providing care for patients specifically with heart and lung disease only, the trust has Europe's top-ranked respiratory research centre and its cardiac, cardiovascular and critical care teams are rated in the top 3 most highly cited health research teams in Europe. Amicus has been providing primarily new hardware supply and install services since 2009. In order to aid the Trust’s logistical requirements, we hold bonded stock which is imaged and shipped to order to the specific needs of the end-user saving space, time and money.

 


  Employing around 6,000 staff and managing an annual budget of more than £300 million, NELFT provides mental health and community healthcare services for people living in the London Boroughs of Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Barking and Dagenham and Havering – a population of approximately 1.5 million.
A client since 2010, we have been engaged in a series of projects improving the capability and reliability of the IT estate. This includes High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions for greater resilience of Exchange and Data services, and the re-utilisation of existing storage assets to provide a cost-effective, affordable result. We also developed and support a virtualised desktop solution, which grants access for staff working in the community, and on remote sites over 3G mobile connections by utilising Apple iPads.
